2 dutch events: Iron Dog & StaffordTimes “driecamp”
Latest events that have been announced are the Staffordtimes. Which will be held a lil bit earlier in the year then usual. The organisers decided that the summer heat had been too much the last few years so instead of a summer times there is now a spring times. The location remains the same. Dogcentre Zaltbommel. 7th of may. The canine atheletic department is being represented by a three split competition including: high jump (grabbing a dummy), A-frame & sprint race. Later in the year, 1st & 2nd october to be more precise there will be an IBBC Iron Dog. Compared to the times event this one is very intense. A lot of events so this one will require much more from both owner & dog in preperation department. There will be 13 trials including a 25 km endurance run, 1 km swim and wall climbing.
I’m not sure if the iron dog event the IBBC announced last year ever materialized. (I believe not). And I also recall no spectators being allowed for that one. So I might not be able to go to report unless me and Rommel decide to take on this challenge.

IKC Show 5th of September
The IKC is hosting Ed Reid’s Sporting Dog spectacular on the 5th of september 2010 at the ACES field in Sussex. There will be Weightpull, 1 & 3 minute a-frame competitions.

FWPA – Nordic SummerPull
An EWPL sanctioned competition, first time in Finland.
The weather was great, not too cold nor hot.
First competition here using the EWPL rules and it was ok, nobody had problems with them neither.Well, we had good fun with people checking out this competition and it went well.
